From time to time we change our minds, and that’s ok. AquaLux Baby Company provides a 30 day return policy from delivery date for unopened products. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. This means:

  • Item is in original packaging
  • Item is unworn and unused
  • Tags are still intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • Headbands and clips
  • Washcloths
  • Natural Sea Sponges

These items are clearly marked as final sale.


Customers are responsible for shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee on all returned goods.

Please email us via to start your return. To expedite the process, we recommend that you include your proof of purchase in your enquiry. You will receive a reply within 48 hours if your return is approved or not. Accepted returns will be provided with instructions and a delivery address to send your package to. You will be required to cover the shipping costs directly. Once we have received and inspected your item you will receive a refund notification. This amount will be 20% less of the amount you paid as we will deduct a restocking fee. Your refund may take 3-5 business days to clear your account depending on your financial institution.

Items that have been sent back to us without initiating a request will not be accepted for exchange or refund.


You can buy with confidence because our sizing really is suitable for all babies! If you have changed your mind however and would like to exchange your AquaLux for a different design, please send us an email at Kindly note we are only able to offer a physical exchange for our customers in Canada. All other countries may be provided with a store credit.

Defective Items and Damages

We ask that you inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us in a timely manner if you received the wrong item so that we can make it right!

AquaLux Baby Company is not responsible for any damages to your item that occur during transit. Any claim of this nature should be addressed with Canada Post directly.

We will gladly replace your garment, with proof of purchase, if the damages are the result of a manufacturing defect. This is covered under a 6 month guarantee from your delivery date. Please send us an email with a full account of the defect and photographs of damages to to start this process.

Replacement of defective items is only available for domestic orders. A store credit will be issued to qualifying orders that originate outside of Canada. Please follow the same contact procedure as above to start your enquiry.

The following goods are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
