Ordering and Shipping
We are thrilled to offer free shipping in Canada on qualifying orders over $75. So go on, treat yourself to that pretty bow! Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be priced per Canada Posts’ terms (starting from $10). You will be provided with three pricing options at checkout.
Local drop-off service is available for select locations within a 20 km radius of our headquarters in Coquitlam. This option will appear at checkout automatically if your postcode is eligible. We have been fortunate to serve our customers in some of the following areas:
• Port Moody
• New Westminster
• East Vancouver
• North Vancouver
• Pitt Meadows
Important: Due to challenges with access, we do not deliver to apartments. Please select postal delivery if you live in an apartment.
We ship all over the world! Costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
The order process is the time it takes for your order to be received, lovingly inspected, and carefully packaged before being sent out for delivery. This ranges between 1-3 days and should be taken into consideration when determining your preferred shipping method.
This depends on where you live. You will receive a notification to let you know when your order has been processed. We do recommend that you select a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number for updates after this*.

Local drop-off orders are typically received 2-3 days after processing.
Returns and Exchanges
For hygiene purposes we do not accept refunds or exchanges on our headbands and clips, washcloths and natural sea sponges. These items are clearly marked as final sale in your shopping cart.
We are pleased to accept returns on all other items that are unopened with original tags and proof of purchase within 30 days of your delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. For full details please visit our return policy.
To start a return you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Requests that are accepted will be notified with additional instructions on sending your item back to us. Items that have been sent back to us without initiating a request will not be accepted for exchange or refund.
We carefully inspect every package before it is sent out for delivery. That said, if your item arrives damaged or becomes defective due to a manufacturing fault within 6 months, we will gladly replace your piece. At this time, we are only able to replace defective items for Canadian orders. International orders will be issued a store credit. Please email us at email@example.com with pictures of the defect along with your proof of purchase.
